This lovely townhouse is located in the small and quiet residence of Villa Madrid in "Cancelada" area near El Saladillo beach. Cancelada is a nice place to stay half way between Estepona and the famous Puerto Banus port. This typical white village has kept the charm of a little Andalusian village, with a great variety of tapas bars, restaurants and many local shops.
Nearby Villa Madrid, supermarkets and activities :at Bel Air tennis and paddle club. It is a paradise for golf lovers to a short distance of the most emblematic golf course of the Costa del Sol : El Paraiso, Atalaya country club, Los Flamingos or Monte Mayor.
The closest beach is at approx 1500m: El Saladillo beachoffers a beautiful sea front promenade to enjoy a relaxing stroll with uninterrumpted views to "Gibraltar" and "Morrocan coast..."
The sandy beach extends over 1800m of coastline hosting several beach bars and services.

The house is built in one floor in a nice white narrow street at the entrance of the complex. This house has been completely renovated with brand new furnishings.
The ground floor has air conditioning, comprises a large and bright living room with comfortable leather sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area with a large crystal table.
The lounge opens directly onto the furnished terrace to enjoy all your meals allowing you to take advantage of the climate of Andalusia.
You will enjoy the well equipped BBQ area to cook "al fresco" with a glass or 2 of Sangria
The kitchen is spacious and modern in red colours with ceramics hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and a great "King of freezers". There is also a breakfast table. The bathroom is well decorated with a walk in shower.
On the first floor are the 3 comfortable bedrooms with new beds. They share a bright bathroomwith twin sinks, large mirror, shower over the bath, bidet and w/c.
The master bedroom has a double bed and is decorated in chocolate brown with touches of colours that create a cheerful atmosphere.
It has direct access to the terrace with view to the street and the mountain.
The second bedroom accomodates 1 or 2 guests in twin beds and has the use of the terrace. The other bedroom (twin) is nicely decorated in surprising colours and create a special ambiance.
Villa Madrid resort is built in the typical Andalusian style at the entrance of the residence. The white and flowered narrow streets leads you to the pool area and garden, with sun loungers and shower.
This is a great place to enjoy your holidays with family and friends, close the beach and the most attractive places of the Costa del Sol.
