Terms and Conditions

       It is necessary to read carefully, understand and accept those terms and conditions in order to proceed with your booking confirmation. The rights and obligations of both you and Quality Holiday Spain are described. Your payment to Quality Holiday Spain implies agreement with the following.

I - Kind of Agreement

      Quality Holiday Spain mediates with regards to the realisation of rental agreements between owners and tenants. The rental agreement is always an agreement between the owner and the tenant. Only between these parties rights and obligations arise from the rental agreement.
Quality Holiday Spain acts as representative of the owner and is only responsible as far as it concerns the performance of the mediation. Quality Holiday Spain is only responsible for the rental sum paid by the tenant.
      The person who completes and submit the reservation form must be at least 25 years old and have the authority on behalf of the other people in the party to accept the terms
      The party leader is responsible for the reservation cost, cancellation fees and security deposit. He will inform others guests about confirmation details and any other necessary information.

II  Booking process :
        The Quality holiday Spain website provides secured booking online. The booking process has been designed  to make booking easy and safe.

1- Select the property you are interested to book and check the availability with the availability calendar for the period you require. Usually, the minimum stay is 7 nights, arrival and departure on Saturdays. However according to our availability we are flexible and in Mid and Low season you can book shorter stays.
2Make an “Online Enquiry”. You will receive in the next 24 hours, via email our confirmation of availability, prices and answers to your questions. Check that everything is correct and continue
3Make a provisional booking through “Booking” button:
Fill in the reservation form where you will have all the rates confirmation and click "SEND ".

Once you submit your reservation request we block your dates for the following 72 hours and we will send you a "Provisional booking confirmation"

- Booking Confirmation:
     The  payment of the deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking and receive your “Booking Confirmation” with all the detailed information.

III Conditions of Payment:

       In order to provide complete security, payments are required via Bank Transfer. You don’t need to give payment information online.

1- Payment of deposit:
      We understand that you need time to organise the bank transfer and we maintain your booking as "Provisional" during 72 hours after receiving your reservation request form .
       This  time is  for you to arrange the payment.  This payment is your only commitment until 8 weeks prior  to your arrival.
       As a bank transfer may takes a few days to be received in our bank we require you to send  via email the bank transfer receipt.
       As soon as we receive this document your booking is registered and you will be sent your  “Booking  Confirmation” with all the information about your booking. 

Payment of the Balance 
 The balance amount should be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
You will see the limit date on the "Booking confirmation".   

  Please make sure that we receive the balance payment during this delay. If you do not respect this limit date we may be obliged to cancel your booking.

* If you book with less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date the full amount payment is require to confirm  your booking.

3- Payment of security deposit:

        Our owners require us to hold a security deposit for each apartment or villa as follows.

  • -  For Apartment up to 3 bedrooms :        300€
  • -  For Villa & Town house up to 3 bed : :  500€
  • -  For private villas 4 bedroom & plus:      800€

         The security deposit is payable cash on  arrival to our representative at the location and  we refund the deposit on site at your check out. At some property we require a  credit card number and passport number.
         Your holiday accommodation will be delivery perfectly clean and tidy. We expect properties to be left in a reasonable condition. We reserve the right to charge extra cleaning costs, any replacements or damages from the amount of the security deposit.
Any damages discovered after the end of the letting period will be notified in writing to the guest as soon as possible


 IV Cancellation Rules:

Cancelling by guests:
        If you wish to cancel your holiday booking, this must be done in writing by the person who submitted the booking, via email to admin@quality-holidayspain.com . Please specify your booking reference. Your booking is not transferable by you without our authorisation. 

        In the event of cancellation the following charges become payable to compensate for the expense involved with your booking. The day of receipt of the written cancellation will be considered as the cancellation day.

  Cancellation by Quality Holiday Spain :

       In rare cases, we could be forced   to change or cancel your holiday home, due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (fire, major breakage, flood that may affect negatively  your stay) Quality Holiday Spain undertakes to notify you immediately to the party leader of any problems that may arise and if possible to propose a change of similar characteristics or superior will be arranged. If you are not happy with our proposal or if there is any other property available for the dates reserved we will refund you immediately the total amount paid for the rental  or discuss another solution that may suit you.  

V -Travel Insurance:

      We strongly advise to travel with adequate travel insurance and you should take out holiday cancellation insurance cover which will normally refund you if the reason for cancellation falls within the term of the policy.

 VI -Responsibility of Guests:  

     During your stay in the holiday home, you are as tenant fully responsible for the rented home, inventory and all other property belongings. 

      Your property is reserved exclusively for the people named on the  booking  confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this have been agreed with us in writing.

       This is important to list carefully children and babies and book baby cot, or any else they will need for a comfortable stay. If you book such items we will install them prior your arrival. Local communities expect certain standards of behaviour, you are required to observe them.

      The party leader will take good care of the property. Guest must leave the place in the same condition of cleanliness and will use correctly the home appliances. We reserve the right to charge you from the security deposit any extra cleaning. 

        The party leader is responsibility for the keys and garage bipper. Immediately contact us about any  lost of those items to bring you a copy as soon as possible. Please be aware  those items could be expensive to replace and we reserve the right to charge you from the security deposit.  

        We understand that breakage, accident, may happen and we will be grateful to tell our representative as soon as possible in the order for replacements or repairs  for the next guests who can arrive just after your departure.  

VII- Responsibility of Quality Holiday Spain :

       We delivery high standard holiday homes, everyone has been carefully chosen personally and verified to complete quality rentals.  The exteriors, terraces, gardens, pool or common areas are perfectly maintained by community or private home workers. Any anomaly must be reported to our representative. 

       We are  available to assist you in any help that you can require throughout your stay.   If you have any problems with your property, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the problem and provide an effective service. We do not accept responsibility for a problem which we have not been warned. 
            If you remain dissatisfied or we cannot solve the problem, you must write a complain within the 14 days of your return giving full details of your complaint. Quality Holiday Spain is not responsible for damages, lost items, theft, or costs on behalf of the tenant during the rental occupation and we recommend you to secure the house correctly when you leave to avoid any problems. 

 VIII- Arrival Process:

      At least 4 weeks prior to arrival date we send  all the details necessary to plan you arrival at the property and organise your trip. Do not forget to take the “Voucher ” document that you will have to show on arrival.                                                 

                                                         Property check in from 16:00pm  please confrim with us. 

       We will meet you at arrival to welcome you , hand over the home keys , check the conditions  of the property  and to help you in familiarize with its use. We will collect  the security deposit as agree  in exchange of a receipt. Please advise us to any delay that you may have to plan another meeting time.

                    Late arrival after 22:00 pm we charge a supplement of 30 € fees to pay on site.

                    After midnight 50€ fees is required.

You have to report immediately to our representative any problems you may have. If you are not satisfied with the service delivered please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We will agree an appointment to be present the departure day   

 IX - Departure Process

      On departure we check the condition of the property everything must be in similar conditions than when we delivery the house and we refund the security deposit.  All Keys must be returned to our representative.                                                    

                                                            Property check out by:  10:00 am

      Please make sure to respect this time and to remove the rubbish, empty the dishwasher, fridge, BBQ and to leave the property clean and tidy. Any extra cleaning than normally the property needs will be your responsibility and will be charge to you on site. 

X- Complaints:

All complaints should be sent written to Quality Holiday Spain administration within 14days of your departure from the rented accommodation. After this period new complaints will not be processed. In any case, the liability of the owners or their representatives is limited to the cost of the accommodation booked. admin@qualityholidayspain.com    

  XI Included in the cost :

*We delivery your holiday home clean and with fresh linen and bath towels necessary for the period of 1 week  But please bring your beach towels or reserve them in extra section on the reservation form display on  web site .

Please contact us if you wish to have extra hours cleaning during your stay .

* Cleaning on departure is included at nearly all our property. If cleaning in not included that will be notify in Prices in property  details.

* Welcome and assistance on site.  

* Electricity and water consume are included at most part of our  properties. When it is not included it is specify in price section.

* Internet is sometimes available for free via Wireless network connection or we can provide it if needed at 30 euros for 1 week- 40 euros for 2 weeks  and a 100 euros refundable deposit.

* Pool and garden maintenance

* Local taxes.   

XII -  Non smoking Property:

All our property are No smoking properties. We kindly asked you to smoke outside.  

XIII - Pets and animals:

Unfortunately No animals are allowed in our Properties.  Please confirm with us.
