How does the availability calendar work?
We do our best to show you up-dated availability at the property. However, we recommend you to send an online enquiry form to receive confirmation from our reservation department. You can be sure then that the property is still available since our last up-date.
Dates in red, show that the property is occupied.
Dates in green, the property is available.
In blue, the property is on Request (provisionally booked) this means that another customer has made an enquiry booking for those dates. You can still send us a enquiry in case the other person does not confirm. The property may become available for you or we will suggest another possibility.
What is an Online enquiry?
An Online enquiry is the way for you to check on the property availability for the dates you require. We try to answer your comments and questions within 24 hrs .
What is a provisional booking?
A provisional booking is a pre reservation of the accommodation without having to make any payment. Fill in and submit your reservation form through "BOOKING" button. You will be sent a Provisional booking confirmation valid for the next 72 hrs. Within this period you can arrange the first payment necessary to confirm the booking. Please make sure to respect the limit date specified on the provisional booking, After 72hrs and without any further contact from you we will have to cancel your provisional booking..
How can I be sure that have you blocked my reservation?
We send a confirmation via email and you will see in the availability calendar of the property for the dates chosen in Blue.
How do I confirm my booking?
To confirm your booking we require a deposit payment of 25 % of the total cost. The amount is confirmed during the reservation request online and as well in your provisional booking confirmation received. As a bank transfer takes a few days to be received in our bank we require you to send by email or fax the bank transfer receipt. As soon as we receive the document your booking is registered and you receive your "Booking Confirmation"via email.
What is a voucher?
A Voucher is the document that you receive via email when you proceed with the payment of the full amount .You will need to present this Voucher on arrival to our representative on site who will hold a copy.
Where can I see the booking Terms and Conditions?
You can print the "Terms and conditions" through "CONDITIONS" button on the left menu of the home page.It is necessary to accept the terms during the reservation form process online to be able to continue with the reservation and send your reservation request form.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation must be sent in writting via email or fax as soon as you can. Please see our cancellation rules in Terms and Conditions documents
How much are the booking fees?
We do not charge any booking fee.
Can I hire Extra Items?
Yes, please,see the extras we offer and price list on the reservation form: Cot hire, extra beds (not in all properties), welcome pack etc
Which is the nearest Airport?
The nearest Airport is Málaga 70 km from Estepona, and easily connected by motorway, in about 50- 60 minutes.
You can take a taxi from Málaga airport from 70€ to 90€ during week end and night time. You can fly into Gibraltar airport 50 km from Estepona but you will have to queue to cross the border.
We can book a taxi from the airport if you require and the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name just after the baggage reclaim area and take you to the car.
You can book your own car through us and collect it at the airport to avoid queuing at the car hire Desk. We collaborate with Haro Rent a Car see details and request a quote at "Rent a Car" section on the left menu.
Do I need to rent a Car?
In the property description we always mentioned if we recommend to hire a car. Most of our accommodation are close by the sea, shopping etc but some are up a hill for example and if you don’t want to walk under this hot sunshine just visit our car hire information where you will obtain all information a make a booking online. If you do not wish to drive at all you will find at the property an information book with taxis station phone numbers.
How do I find the property?
4 or 5 weeks prior to your arrival date you will receive all necessary or extra information in order to organise the best way for your arrival. Written instructions to arrive at the property, contact phone number to our agent who will meet you either at the property or in a prearranged location.
We confirm an appointment time according to your estimated arrival time.
At what time Can we arrive? What do i do if I am late?
We delivery the accommodation from 3pm on the day of arrival clean and prepare for you.
If you are late, you should contact,our local agent as soon as possible and make arrangements for another appointment. If you booked Car hire or a taxi through us, we will inform them of your late arrival.
What is the procedure on arrival?
We will meet you personally at the holiday accomodation or taking you there. We will check your Accommodation Voucher and talk you through its details. Then we collect from you in cash, the Security deposit for your accomm odation and any other extras you could have booked and agree to pay on arrival. We will provideyou with a receipt to hold until your departure and hand you the keys (normally) two sets per property. Finally we confirm an appointment with you for your departure day.
Do I have to pay any cost on arrival?
Yes, the Security deposit and others extra services mentioned in your Voucher that must be paid only on arrival.
All payment we will done by cash and in exchange of a receipt. In case of unexpected late arrival (not written in voucher) or late arrival previously accorded (as written in voucher) we will charge you a 30 € fee directly at your arrival. We considered that late arrival is after 22h00 pm. After 24:00 we will charge you 50€ fee at your arrival.
What is the procedure on Departure?
We meet you as agree to check the apartment condition, collect the keys and refund you the Security deposit always when property is returned in good conditions. Any beakage or damage done to property we will deduce expenses to remplace or repairs from you security deposit.. In case of very early departure flight we will discuss of another way to do.
At what time do I have to leave the accommodation?
The property must be left in good conditions about 10:00 am. You can contact us if you need to stay longer and if there a possibility we will be happy to satisfy your request (an extra payment could will be requested).
