Nearby you may also find the “Club Nueva Alcántara” which is considered one of the best tennis and paddle clubs of Andalucía, as it also offers, gym, sauna and club house.

EXTERIOR AREAS
•The exterior areas of VILLA MAGNOLIA are mainly grass and the others are non slippery Spanish style tiles. We can point out various important points which are detailed bellow:
• SWIMMING-POOL: “Villa MAGNOLIA” offers a fantastic lagoon style swimming pool size 17 x 7 meters. The swimming pool area also offers a life saving ring.
• BARBECUE: Built barbecue next to the porche and outdoor dinner area.
• EXTERIOR & COVERED PORCH: From the dining area you access the exterior and covered porch, which offers you views to the garden and swimming pool. You can find a large table with chairs, where you can either relax or enjoy a dining “al fresco”.
• GARDEN AREA: “Villa MAGNOLIA”, offers a large area of grass next to the swimming pool and around all the villa, as it offers 1.150 square meters of gardens, in which you may find a large number of trees and flowers which make this garden look like paradise.
LOUNGE &DINING AREAS
MAIN LOUNGE
The villa offers a main lounge which offers direct access to the garden through a large French window. It offers, two comfortable sofas, coffee table, plasma 40” TV, DVD, satellite TV and music set, as well as large chimney which gives the characteristic colonial style to the villa.
The main lounge gives way to the kitchen, entrance hall and bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom.
DINING AREA
The dining area with lounge is large with a large wooden dining table, 2 sofas, side table and coffee table. From this dining area you access the exterior covered porch, for which the dining area also offers views to the garden and swimming pool.
ACCOMODATION
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom is situated on ground floor and is accessed from the main lounge. It offers, entrance hall, bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
This bedroom offers marble floors with double bed size (1’50 x 1’90), two bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, library and built in wardrobe with 4 doors. Decorated in a colonial style, this bedroom also offers two large window/balconies with views to the swimming pool.
This main bedroom is large, for which we are able to accommodate an extra single bed upon request.
Bathroom of bedroom 1
The en-suite bathroom of this bedroom, offers natural light and is well ventilated, as it offers a window to the exterior, as well as 2 washing basins over marble work top, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and a large round bath with Jacuzzi. This bathroom is very comfortable and large.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is also situated on the ground floor and is accessed from the kitchen. It offers a double bed size 1’35 x 1’90, 2 bed side tables, large 2 door built in wardrobe and window with views to the garden.
Bathroom of bedroom 2
This bathroom offers, washing basin, toilet, bidet and a bath with seat size 1´00 X 1´00, which can be used as shower too.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is situated on the groundfloor fof the villa. It offers, entrance hall, bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
The bedroom offers, twin beds size 1‘35 x 1’90, bed side table, dressing table and large 6 doors built in wardrobe. It also offers a large window/balcony with views to the garden of the entrance of the villa.
This bedroom is large for which we may accommodate an extra single bed upon request.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is situated on the first floor of the villa. It offers, entrance hall, bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
The bedroom offers, twin beds size 0‘90 x 1’90, bed side table and large 6 doors built in wardrobe. It also offers a large window/balcony with views to the garden of the entrance of the villa.

This bathroom offers, 2 washing basins over marble work top, toilet, bidet and a bath size 1’80cm which can also be used as shower, as well as window.
Bedroom 5
This lovely bedroom is on the first floor of the villa. It has twin beds size 0‘90 x 1’90, bed side table and large 6 doors built in wardrobe. It also offers a large window/balcony with views to the garden of the entrance of the villa.

This bathroom is the one of bedroom 4 and offers, 2 washing basins over marble work top, toilet, bidet and a bath size 1’80cm which can also be used as shower, as well as window.
KITCHEN:
Kitchen Easily accessed from the exterior or main lounge, you can find the kitchen. The kitchen is large and bright and offers “Siemens” appliances in white and work top in black granite.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with 4 gas rings, microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, deep fat fryer, other small electrical appliances, as well as 2 sinks and sufficient cutlery, glasses and tableware. The kitchen also offers an American fridge-freezer and large storage cupboard.
Integrated in the kitchen furniture and with black granite top, the kitchen offers a dining table with 5 comfortable armchairs.
From the kitchen you may access directly the garden and exteriors of the villa.
