The owners, Neville and Lynne, who have lived in the area about 10 years, have created a small paradise dedicated to the well being of their guests.
They live on the first floor and they welcome you with enthusiasm and kindness, but always with discretion. Everything has been designed for your privacy but if you need anything Neville is always available to advise the best restaurants, sightseeing and so on.
Villa Tranquilla features 3 beautiful apartments all with stunning sea views, to Morocco and during clear weather to Gibraltar.
Each apartment has a private terrace with direct access to the landscaped garden, adorned with palm trees and many flowers in the middle of a perfectly maintained grass .
There is space enough for everybody as the garden area covers approx 2000sq.mtr where several place have been created for having a drink or just enjoy the amazing view over the Mediterranean.
South facing, Villa Tranquila benefits from sunshine dawn to dusk yet with elegantly designed shaded areas to relax and cool down.
At the entrance to the villa there is a large Moroccan-style terrace and the garden is peppered with typical Andalusian colourfull tiles.

From your apartment you can always keep an eye on the kids in the pool or playing in the garden.

The Villa Tranquilla is the perfect place for a trouble free holiday dedicated to relaxation or going out an enjoying the great night life of Estepona port.The closest beach is across the road within 13 minutes walking distance .

Estepona Beaches : ï¿½El Cristoï¿½ or ï¿½La Radaï¿½ bordered by 3km of promenade ,its port entertainment and old town center are about 5 minutes drive.
The beautiful beach of Sabinillas 7 km in the other direction has a pleasant promenade which leads you to the town center town. Many Restaurant on the beach called in Spanish ï¿½Chiringuitoï¿½ offer fried fish, paella and all Andalusian specialties. The beach is particularly wide and well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and showers.

Puerto de la Duquesa, and the charming white village of Casares are also nearby.This a great location to travel from to most famous cities of southern Spain : Sevilla, Granada,Ronda and plenty of gorgeous countryside white villages such as Benahavis(Gourmet village), Gaucin and the free taxes of Gibralar.

Pool Apartment description

As its name says, this charming 1 bedroom apartment is in front the pool . From October to April, for an additional payment of 60euros per week, the pool can be heated making an all year getaway.
Wifi Internet access is available for free.

South facing located, the apartment has its own barbecue on the private covered terrace, furnished to enjoy your meals outdoor.

Each room has ceiling fan and radiators for the winter. Everything has been thought for your safety with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

The main room, living dining room, with direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, has and open plan kitchen and dining table.
Tastefully decorated and comfortable with 2 sofas, and for your entertainment TV, DVD/VCR player CD player and radio. The Satellite TV has "free view" channels in English, German, Spanish, Deutch, French etc plus free 300 ï¿½Film library. There is plenty of games as monopoly and foot spa to enjoy after a long day day out.

The kitchen area : has a dining table and is fully equipped with oven, 4 ring gas cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils.
The washing machine is shared in the garage of the villa where there is also a tennis table and pool floats etc.

The en-suite bedroom is spacious and bright with a king size bed(can be unzipped) and view to the pool & the sea, there is also a TV,two large wardrobes and air conditioning.
The bathroom features a shower enclosure,WC,bidet & washbasin. Hairdryer, towels and pool towels are provided.

Start to enjoy your holiday under the Andalusian sunshine, comfortably lying on the sun loungers near the pool or wherever you wish. The delightful pool area has plenty of sunbeds, umbrellaï¿½s shower and guest toilet.

Wonderful mature Palm trees offer a great shaded area much appreciated at the hottest time of summer.
